At the beginning of Judgment at Nuremberg, there is a realistic quality when Rolfe speaks German and we hear a simultaneous translation. But after a zoom-in to a close-up, he suddenly breaks into English. Subsequently, he and Janning – two Germans – speak English between themselves!
