Conversely, relating to scholars and their wishes as “hidden voices” permits us to undertake a transformative technique which sees range as a stimulus for the improvement of academic practices that may gain all childrens and aid tuition to develop into an inclusive and “moving” organisation.

In other words, the approach adopted with disabled students is expanded in order to identify learning difficulties and special needs, providing appropriate resources and support tools. On the contrary, the community approach assumes full participation of all stakeholders as well as the effort to remove participation and learning barriers as essential cornerstones of school development.
