Reflection: activity Managing hassle through staff meetings One of the best places to start managing hassle is with a team meeting, explaining the concept, setting the ground rules and inviting comment. Hassles might be collected in writing or verbally, via a book or notice in the staff room, through smaller team meetings or in full staff meetings. Ground rules should also include how hassles relating to individual people should be reported and dealt with.
