ALT KS II (1959) 279 meint hingegen, mit "Wüste" sei hier die Arava bezeichnet. ALT KS II (1959) 276-288. bes. 279 u. 284. Deutlich wird, daß die Städtegruppen die eigentlichen politischen Einheiten bilden. Die Landschaftsbezeichnungen "Gebirge", "Schefela", "Negev" und "Wüste" dienen zur Zusammenfassung verschiedener Städtegruppen. Auch das verdeutlicht, wie "Negev" im Sinne einer "Region" gebraucht wird. 43 gebraucht worden 23 . Vielmehr ist lediglich der Negev-Anteil Judas umschrie· ben unter der Voraussetzung, daß weiter südlich im Ne ev die Ed · dein.
